My services range from finding a local Doctor for you to visit (Free), to driving you to the doctors to get your licence and registering you with the DPH ($150).
The process goes like this. You visit a Doctor that I send you to. You will fill out paper work asking about what is your need for medical marijuana, then you meet with a care giver who will explain what the laws are, and answer any uestions, then you will see the doctor who will ask you some questions and then determine your qualification.
"On November 6, 2012, 63% of Massachusetts voters approved Question 3, the Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Initiative. The law took effect on January 1, 2013, eliminating criminal and civil penalties for the possessions and use of up to a 60-day supply of marijuana for patients possessing a state issued registration card. With a recommendation by a physician, patients with cancer, glaucoma, and other medical conditions can receive a registration card. The law allows for 35 state-licensed non-profit dispensaries."
As of June 2015 there are no open dispensaries, which is a sad fact of local politics. It is important that people understand who is representing them and make their opinion heard, and if that person does not agree with your position then you vote them out.
If there are no dispensaries then why get a licence, one might ask?
Fortunately there are means to legally get your medicines, that could mean a trip to an out of state dispensary like Maine. You can also join collectives and have your medicine delivered to you, or you can grow your own. The law states you can posses a 60day supply(10oz).
